RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Member Bob DeWulf of the Lake Bluff Mosquito Abatement District has resigned; and
WHEREAS, the resignation Bob DeWulf creates a vacancy on the Lake Bluff Mosquito Abatement District; and
WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Kate Grubbs O’Connor as a member of the Lake Bluff Mosquito Abatement District to complete the remaining term of this vacancy, ending December 10, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Kate Grubbs O’Connor as a member of the Lake Bluff Mosquito Abatement District for a term ending December 10, 2018, be approved and the same is hereby confirmed.
