Staff Summary
• The applicant proposes a two-lot conventional single-family residential subdivision on approximately 2.25 acres, located on the west side of Woodbine Circle, approximately 1/3 mile west of Route 21, Vernon Township.
• The applicant also requests a minor modification from Section 151.192 of the Lake County Code to modify an existing 33-foot roadway easement. The existing 10-foot telephone easement will remain.
• Staff has no objection to the minor modification request.
