R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the resurfacing of Fairfield Road, from Lake Villa Township Line south to Illinois Route 134, and designated as Section 17-00104-09-RS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication calling for said bid, sealed bids were received and opened on June 20, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:

WHEREAS, the Public Works and Transportation Committee, the County Engineer and the Purchasing Agent have examined each bid, and it appears that the lowest responsible bidder is Peter Baker and Son Company, Lake Bluff, Illinois, their bid being $1,144,975.34 based on estimated quantities and unit prices; and
