R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Rollins Road, County Highway 31, is a designated route on the County highway system; and
WHEREAS, the intersection of Rollins Road, at Wilson Road, will be improved with the restoration of eroded drainage outlets; and
WHEREAS, plans, specifications and estimates of cost for this improvement have been completed; and
WHEREAS, this improvement will be constructed by the day labor forces from the Division of Transportation; and
WHEREAS, material acquisition is necessary and each group of materials will be less than $30,000, and not does not require a letting.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that there is hereby appropriated $80,000 of County Bridge Tax funds for the drainage improvement of Rollins Road, at Wilson Road, and designated as Section 16-00080-62-DR.
