RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Lakes Region Sanitary District Member Kurt Stimpson has provided a letter of resignation dated May 30, 2017, effective immediately; and

WHEREAS, the resignation of Member Kurt Stimpson creates a vacancy on the Lakes Region Sanitary District; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Bruce L. Shrake as a member of the Lakes Region Sanitary District to complete the vacated seat’s term, with an ending date of May 7, 2018.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Bruce L. Shrake to the Lakes Region Sanitary District for a term ending May 7, 2018, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
