R E S O L U T I O N

WHEREAS, since 1990, the LCDOT has been a licensed user of CPMS, a software system developed by Victor S. Teglasi, Riverdale, New York, and modified for use by the Licensee; and

WHEREAS, the CPMS is used extensively by the Lake County Division of Transportation (LCDOT) throughout the year, serving as a single combined source of data and reporting tool for (a) preparation of the County's five-year transportation improvement program, (b) budget submittals to the County Administrator's Office (CAO)/Financial and Administrative Services Department (FAS), (c) management of the County's annual transportation improvement program (budget, cash and projects), (d) annual reporting to the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) on the...
