Resolution providing for the appointment of Lake County Board Member Mary Ross Cunningham as Chairman and Carol Calabresa as Vice-Chairman of the Law and Judicial Committee.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, assignment to the Law and Judicial Committee are made every two years when the Lake County Board undergoes reorganization; and
WHEREAS, the passing of Audrey H. Nixon has created a need to appoint a member of the Committee as Chairman for the remainder of the term, expiring on November 30, 2018; and
WHEREAS, it is the request of your Chairman, Aaron Lawlor, that Mary Ross Cunningham be appointed as Chairman of the Law and Judicial Committee for a term ending November 30, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the appointment of Mary Ross Cunningham to Chairman of the Law and Judicial Committee will create a need to appoint a member of the Committee as Vice-Chairman of the Law and Judicial Committee for the remainder of the term ending November 30, 2018; and
WHEREAS, it is the request of your Chairman, Aaron Lawlor, that Carol Calabresa be appointed as Vice-Chairman of the Law and Judicial committee for a term ending November 30, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that Mary Ross Cunningham is hereby appointed as Chairman and Carol Calabresa is hereby appointed as Vice-Chairman of the Law and Judicial Committee for terms ending on November 30, 2018.
