WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board and the Wauconda Township Road District Highway Commissioner, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the HMA surface removal, Class D Patching and construction of HMA Leveling Binder Course and Surface Course Lifts on Virginia Lane in the Valentine Lakes Estates subdivision in the Wauconda Township Road District, and designated as Section 17-15132-01-GM; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on April 18, 2017, at 10:00 A.M. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois, a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
