ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, per the 5 ILCS 220/3.1 Municipal Joint Action Water Agency it is required that the Director of any joint action water agency must be appointed by Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, by the terms of an Ordinance approving the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency and the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency Agreement, it is necessary to reappoint a Director to serve said Agency as representatives of Lake County.
WHEREAS, the terms for Jeff Werfel as Director of the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency expire on April 30, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that Jeff Werfel is hereby reappointed to serve as Director of the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency for a term ending April 30, 2019, as set forth in the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency Agreement.
