R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Saunders Road, County Highway 58, is a designated route on the County highway system; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the safety and welfare of the motoring public if Saunders Road, from Lake Cook Road to Deerfield Road, could be resurfaced; and
WHEREAS, plans, specifications, and estimates of costs for this improvement have been completed, and this improvement is now ready to proceed to contract letting; and
WHEREAS, before a construction letting can be held, an appropriation of funds is needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that there is hereby appropriated $1,315,000 of Matching Tax funds for the resurfacing of Saunders Road, from Lake Cook Road to Deerfield Road, and designated as Section 17-00141-06-RS.
