From the Lake County Health Department FY 2016 budget, we have requested the County of Lake to carry forward unexpended balances in several accounts. The first attachment summarizes the outstanding projects we requested be added to our FY 2017 revenue and expense budget. The second attachment is the account number summary and detail.
