RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, due to the resignation of Nick Sauer there is a vacancy on the Lake County Convention and Visitors Bureau; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Judy Martini as a member of the Lake County Convention and Visitors Bureau for a term ending June 30, 2017.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Judy Martini for a term ending June 30, 2017, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
