RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 5-102 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, a bid was called for by publication for asphalt paving work for Lake County Courthouse Expansion Project; and
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received from two vendors at the Lake County Administrative Building, Waukegan, Illinois, on February 2, 2017, at 2:00 p.m.; and
