RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the terms of Nick Sauer and Brent Paxton have expired, and,

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Michael Danforth to represent Lake County’s Southwest quadrant; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Bradley Mueller to represent Lake County’s Northeast quadrant; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointments of Michael Danforth and Bradley Mueller, to the Lake County Partners’ Board of Directors, for a term ending November 30, 2017, be and the same is hereby confirmed.
