R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Fremont Center Road, County Highway 62, is a designated route on the County highway system; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial for the safety and welfare of the motoring public if the intersection of Fremont Center Road, at Illinois Route 60, could be improved; and
WHEREAS, Lake County, by and through its Division of Transportation, has caused to be prepared preliminary plans and right-of-way plat, said plat identifying advance right-of-way needs for said improvement; and
WHEREAS, property for right-of-way is needed from the parcel identified as PIN #10-16-200-002; and
WHEREAS, the property needed for right-of-way from PIN #10-16-200-002 is as outlined in the plat of highways, made under the direction of Paula J. Trigg, County Engineer of Lake County, Illinois, copies of which are filed in the office of the Lake County Engineer; and
WHEREAS, the said property needed for right-of-way, from PIN #10-16-200-002, and other advance right-of-way costs for said intersection improvement of Fremont Center Road, at Illinois Route 60, are estimated to be $325,000.
