R E S O L U T I O N

WHEREAS, the County of Lake owns, operates and maintains the Mill Creek Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) serving the Northeast Lake Facilities Planning Area; and

WHEREAS, improvements and upgrades to the Mill Creek Water Reclamation Facility are necessary to serve the communities within the facilities planning area and to satisfy regulatory requirements of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency; and

WHEREAS, due to the specialized nature of this project, the County requires design related services from an engineering firm qualified in this type of engineering; and

WHEREAS, Donohue & Associates, Inc. is qualified to provide the specialized design related services for this project in accordance with the Local Gove...
