• Proposed 65-lot Conventional Single-Family Residential Subdivision on approximately 34.41 acres, located on the west side of Hunt Club Road, an existing public road, approximately 1280 feet north of Gages Lake Road and 1425 feet south of West Washington Street, Warren Township.
• Zoned Residential-4(R-4), with an average lot area of 10,099 square feet. The area to the north is single family residential, zoned R-4, the area to the south is single family residential zoned R-4, west of the property is multi-family residential zoned R-4, and east of the property is single-family residential in the Village of Gurnee.
• Following an overview on and discussion about the Final Plat and additional access improvements planned to the south of the proposed subdivision, Committee action is requested on the Final Plat.
