R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the replacement of the culvert under Casimir Pulaski Drive at the Skokie River, and designated as Section 14-00196-09-DR; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication calling for said bid, sealed bids were received and opened on August 16, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
