RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, assignments to the Financial and Administrative Committee are made every two years when the Lake County Board undergoes reorganization;

WHEREAS, Brent Paxton has resigned as chairman and member from the Financial and Administrative Committee, creating a vacancy for the remainder of his term, expiring on November 30, 2016; and

WHEREAS, it is the request of your Chairman, that Charles Bartels to be appointed as a member to the Financial and Administrative Committee to fill the vacancy created by Brent Paxton for a term ending November 30, 2016.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that Charles Bartels is hereby appointed as a member of the Financial and Administrative Committee for a term ending November 30, 2016. .
