R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Pulaski Drive, County Highway 13, is a designated route on the County highway system; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the safety and welfare of the motoring public if the bridge on Pulaski Drive, over U.S. Route 41, is rehabilitated by repairing/replacing the expansion joint on the east end of the bridge; and
WHEREAS, plans, specifications and estimates of costs for this repair and resurfacing have been completed and this improvement is now ready to proceed to contract letting; and
WHEREAS, before a construction letting can be held, an appropriation of funds is needed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that there is hereby appropriated $50,000 of County Bridge Tax funds for the rehabilitation of the bridge on Pulaski Drive, over U.S. Route 41, and designated as Section 16-00196-10-BR.
