RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 5-102 of the Lake County Purchasing
Ordinance, proposals were called for by publication for DB2/VM Database Administration and Z/VM System Programming Support for Lake County; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to said publication, Requests for Proposals (RFP) were extended to 36 vendors; and
WHEREAS, sealed proposals were received from three vendors and opened in the County Building, Waukegan, Illinois, on June 9, 2016 at 2:00 p.m.; and
WHEREAS, based on the criteria set forth in the RFP, the evaluation committee comprised of representatives from Clerk of the Circuit Clerk, 19th Judicial Courts, and Information Technology departments selected The Fillmore Group, Inc., of Towson, Maryland, as the most favorable proposal for Lake County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that that the Purchasing Agent is authorized to enter into a contract with The Fillmore Group, Inc. of Towson, Maryland, for DB2/VM database administration and Z/VM...
