RESOLUTION

                     WHEREAS, Nationwide Retirement Solutions provides Lake County’s Deferred Compensation (457) plan; and

                     WHEREAS, Human Resources desires to have Christine Kopka appointed and be granted authority to administer Lake County’s Nationwide plan; and

                     WHEREAS, the Financial and Administrative Committee has reviewed and approved said appointment at its August 3^rd meeting.

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this the County Board of Lake County, that the appointment of Christine Kopka, Assistant Director of Human Resources and Risk Manager, as Lake County’s Nationwide Authorized Agent, is hereby approved.
