RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Member Philip York, of the West Skokie Drainage District has resigned; and

WHEREAS, the resignation of Member Philip York creates a vacancy on the West Skokie Drainage District and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Mark Shaw as a member of the West Skokie Drainage District for a term ending September 6, 2016.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Mark Shaw for a term ending September 6, 2016 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
