RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 5-102 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, a bid was called for by publication for Accessories work for Lake County Courthouse Expansion Project; and
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received from one vendor at the Lake County Administrative Building, Waukegan, Illinois, on April 14, 2016, at 2:00 p.m.; and
WHEREAS, based on the criteria set forth in the Bid; the staff evaluated the bid submitted and determined that the bid submitted by Interior Concepts, Inc in the amount of $151,675.00 is the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for Lake County; and
