R E S O L U T I O N

WHEREAS, Casmir Pulaski Drive, County Highway 78, is a designated route on the County highway system; and

WHEREAS, the culvert under Casmir Pulaski Drive at the Skokie River is in need of replacement; and

WHEREAS, before a construction letting can be held to replace this culvert, an appropriation of funds is needed.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that there is hereby appropriated $625,000 of County Bridge Tax funds for the replacement of the culvert under Casmir Pulaski Drive at the Skokie River, and designated as Section 14-00196-09-DR.
