R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for televising, inspecting and cleaning storm sewers along various County highways, and designated as Section 16-00000-05-GM; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on May 17, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois, a tabulation of said bids being as follows:

WHEREAS, the Public Works and Transportation Committee, the County Engineer, and the Purchasing Agent have examined each bid, and it appears that the lowest responsible bidder is, National Power Rodding Corp., Chicago, Illinois, their bid being $29,563.02 based on estimated quantities and unit prices; and
WHEREAS, this Lake County Board, by prior resolution at its meeting of November 10, 2015, appropriated $65,000 of County Bridge Tax funds for televising, inspecting and cleaning storm sewers along various County highways.
