RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, there is a need to enter into a contract with a successful vendor to provide a biosolids management program for Lake County Public Works; and
WHEREAS, the contractor shall provide site permitting, public relations, preparation of reports to regulatory agencies and the owner, transportation of biosolids, land application of biosolids, landfill disposal of biosolids and all other requirements of a professional biosolids management program; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Chapter 33.036 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, a bid was called for by publication for Biosolids Management Program for the Lake County Public Works; and
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received from one vendor at the Lake County Administrative Building, Waukegan, Illinois, on May 5, 2016; and
