The Governing Council approved the new Fees for Medical, Dental and Behavioral Health Services and Sliding Fee Discounts and Adjustments at the January 28, 2016 meeting. To coincide with the new policy, we revised the Insurance and financial agreement that we have our patients sign in order to bill them. As part of the new policy, we offer sliding fee discounts to our self-pay patients as well as our patients with 3rd party coverage. As part of the HRSA requirements and our policy, we do have to try and collect after these discounts have been applied. Therefore, the revised agreement has language concerning collection efforts. Currently our collection efforts are only internal by the front desk staff or the Central Billing Office putting patients on payments plans.

To approve the revised Insurance and Financial Agreement for patients fees.
