RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Member Marietta Hance of the Lake Bluff Mosquito Abatement District has resigned; and

WHEREAS, the resignation of Member Marietta Hance creates a vacancy on the Lake Bluff Mosquito Abatement District; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Katherine L. Van-Pelt as a member of the Lake Bluff Mosquito Abatement District to complete the remaining term of this vacancy, ending December 11, 2017.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Katherine L. Van-Pelt as a member of the Lake Bluff Mosquito Abatement District for a term ending December 11, 2017 be approved and the same is hereby confirmed.
