RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 5-102 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, a bid was called for by publication for terrazzo flooring work for Lake County courthouse expansion project; and
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received from three vendors at the Lake County Administrative Building, Waukegan, Illinois, on April 14, 2016, at 2:00 p.m.; and
WHEREAS, based on the criteria set forth in the bid; the staff evaluated all bids submitted and determined that the bid submitted by Menconi Terrazzo, LLC OF Bensenville, Illinois, in the amount of $551,000 is the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for Lake County; and
