R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the resurfacing of Miller Road, from Kelsey Road to U.S. Route 12, and designated as Section 14-00118-11-RS; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication calling for said bid, sealed bids were received and opened on April 12, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
