R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, in order to preserve the pavement condition of bituminous and concrete pavements on various County highways, the Division of Transportation annually undertakes crack sealing of these pavements; and
WHEREAS, a survey of pavement conditions of bituminous and concrete pavements on the County highway system has been completed.
WHEREAS, before a construction letting can be held, an appropriation of funds is needed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that there is hereby appropriated $120,000 of Matching Tax funds for the 2016 crack sealing of bituminous and concrete pavements, where necessary, on the County highway system, and designated as Section 16-00000-04-GM.
