RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Deerfield Road, from US Route 45/Illinois Route 21 to Saunders Road/Riverwoods Road, needs to be improved by widening and reconstructing the roadway as well as the addition of non-motorized accommodations; and

WHEREAS, the free flow of traffic along Deerfield Road, from US Route 45/Illinois Route 21 to Saunders Road/Riverwoods Road, is beneficial to the safety and welfare of the State of Illinois and the County as a whole; and

WHEREAS, the State of Illinois and Lake County believe it would be beneficial to the safety and welfare of the motoring public to reconstruct, widen and include non-motorized accommodations to Deerfield Road, from US Route 45/Illinois Route 21 to Saunders Road/Riverwoods Roa...
