R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, in recent years, improvements have been completed along various County highways, including the planting of native landscape areas; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the safety and welfare of the motoring public if the native landscape areas along these County highways are properly maintained; and
WHEREAS, the native landscape inspection and maintenance will be completed by a contractor; and
WHEREAS, before a letting can be held, an appropriation of funds is needed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that there is hereby appropriated $160,000 of Matching Tax funds for the maintenance of the native landscape along various County highways, and designated as Section 16-00000-14-GM.
