Staff Summary
* The Health Resources and Services Administration awarded $378,654 to expand access to primary care services at existing locations which, along with the projected program income of $102,151, will be used to add 6.87 full time equivalent staffing hours.
* The Illinois Department of Public Health awarded $104,590 for the Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) Local Health Department (LHD) Ebola grant which will be used to offset existing staff costs, general supplies, and mileage for the period of July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016.
* The Illinois Department of Public Health awarded $90,933 for the Chronic Disease and School Health grant which will be used to offset existing staff costs and advertising for the period of July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016; the amount to be used in FY15 is $38,000.
* The Illinois Department of Public Health awarded $22,925 for the Vector Surveillance grant which will be used for mosquito larvacides for the period of April 1, 2015 through March 31, 2016; the amount to be used in FY15 is $15,285.
* Advocate Health Care donated $9,200 for the Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships which will be used for printing services.
* The March of Dimes awarded $8,000 for the Becoming a Mom grant which will be used to offset existing staff costs and program supplies for the period of September 1, 2015 through August 31, 2016.
* Exhibit Fees of $6,000 for Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) National Testing Day and World Hepatitis Day will be used for program supplies and contractual services.
* The United Way awarded $5,000 for the Success by 6 Home Visiting grant which will be used to offset existing staff costs and medical supplies for the period of July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016.
