RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Lake County Emergency Telephone System Board for the Lake County 9-1-1 Service Area was established by Ordinance of this County Board adopted January 9, 1990, and amended May 14, 1996; and
WHEREAS, appointments to the Lake County Emergency Telephone System Board are made with staggered two year terms ending November 30 of each year; and
WHEREAS, the terms of John Nixon, Dave Dato, Amy McEwan, Lora Nordstrom, Tom Bender, and James Lang as members of the Lake County Emergency Telephone System Board have expired; and
WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of John Nixon, Dave Dato, Amy McEwan, Lora Nordstrom, Tom Bender, and James Lang as members of the Lake County Emergency Telephone System Board for a term ending November 30, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointments of John Nixon, Dave Dato, Amy McEwan, Lora Nordstrom, Tom Bender, and James Lang as members of the Lake County Emergency Telephone System Board for terms ending November 30, 2017 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
