R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Aptakisic Road, County Highway 33, is a designated route on the County highway system; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial for the safety and welfare of the motoring public if Aptakisic Road, from Illinois Route 83 to Buffalo Grove Road, could be reconstructed and improved; and
WHEREAS, it is advisable that a consultant engineering firm be employed to provide Phase II design engineering services for said proposed reconstruction and widening; and
WHEREAS, Lake County, by and through its Division of Transportation, has selected a professional engineering services firm in accordance with the Local Government Professional Services Selection Act (50 ILCS 510/1 et. seq.); and
