R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Indian Trail, which runs through unincorporated Lake County between Hainesville Road and Circle Drive, is in need of a name change; and
WHEREAS, the Avon Township Highway Department is requesting Lake County to designate Indian Trail, which runs through unincorporated Lake County between Hainesville Road and Circle Drive, be named North Circle Drive, as depicted on the map attached hereto as Exhibit 1; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with 55 ILCS 5/5-1067, the County may name or change the name of any road in unincorporated areas.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Indian Trail, which runs through unincorporated Lake County, is hereby named North Circle Drive, as depicted on the map attached hereto as Exhibit 1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to notify the landowners adjacent to said roadway, the Village of Round Lake Park, the Avon Township Road District, the Lake County Recorder of Deeds, the Illinois Department of Transportation, the United States Post Office, and others as deemed necessary, of said road name change from Indian Trail to North Circle Drive.
