Review of Executive Session Minutes

In accordance with state statute, the Board of Health must review closed session minutes twice annually to determine whether any minutes may be open to public inspection.
In consultation with the Board of Health Attorney, we are recommending that two set of minutes
(January 18, 2012 and October 8, 2014) be open to the public.
Suggested Motion
To approve the recommendation of the Board of Health attorney and open the executive session minutes of the January 18, 2012 and October 8, 2014 meetings.
