RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, due to a scriveners error, Resolution 13-0175 established the term of Ellen Rumoro was set to expire on April 16, 2018; however, April 16, 2016 was the correct and intended expiration date of Ellen Rumoro’s term; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Ellen Rumoro as a member of the Lake County Housing Authority for a term ending April 16, 2016.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Ellen Rumoro as a member of the Lake County Housing Authority for a term ending April 16, 2016 be, and the same is hereby, confirmed.
