RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, due to a scriveners error, Resolution 15-0835 established the term of Dawn Abernathy was set to expire on April 16, 2020; however, April 16, 2017 was the correct and intended expiration date of Dawn Abernathy’s term; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Dawn Abernathy as a member of the Lake County Housing Authority for a term ending April 16, 2017.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Dawn Abernathy as a member of the Lake County Housing Authority for a term ending April 16, 2017 be, and the same is hereby, confirmed.
