RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, due to a scriveners error, Resolution 12-1429 established the term of Bill Durkin was set to expire on September 30, 2018; however, September 30, 2017 was the correct and intended expiration date of Bill Durkin’s term; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Bill Durkin as a member of the Lake County Public Building Commission for a term ending September 30, 2017.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Bill Durkin as a Member of the Lake County Public Building Commission for a term ending September 30, 2017 be, and the same is hereby, confirmed.
