WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the PACE Suburban Bus Division of the Regional Transportation; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Linda Soto as Director of the PACE Suburban Bus Division of the Regional Transportation Authority for a term ending June 30, 2018.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Linda Soto as Director of the PACE Suburban Bus Division of the Regional Transportation Authority for a term ending June 30, 2018 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
