RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Member James Stevens of the Lindenhurst Sanitary District has resigned; and

WHEREAS, the resignation of Member James Stevens creates a vacancy on the Lindenhurst Sanitary District; and

WHEREAS, your chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Carl D. Norlin as a member of the Lindenhurst Sanitary District to complete the remaining term of this vacancy, ending May 1, 2017.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Carl D. Norlin as a member of the Lindenhurst Sanitary District for a term ending May 1, 2017 be approved and the same is hereby confirmed.
