RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Member Cosette Winter of the Southlake Mosquito Abatement District has resigned; and

WHEREAS, the resignation of Member Cosette Winter creates a vacancy on the Southlake Mosquito Abatement District; and

WHEREAS, your chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Anthony J. Bilotti as a member of the Southlake Mosquito Abatement District to complete the remaining term of this vacancy, ending December 11, 2017.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Anthony J. Bilotti as a member of the Southlake Mosquito Abatement District for a term ending December 11, 2017 be approved and the same is hereby confirmed.
