R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication for maintenance of recently planted native landscape areas along various County highways, and designated as Section 15-00000-14-GM; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on May 19, 2015, at 10:00 AM at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids as follows:

WHEREAS, after a reduction in the amount of work, in the Unit Price Contract, the contract award amount will be $57,826.75; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works and Transportation Committee, the County Engineer and the Purchasing Agent have examined each bid, and it appears that the lowest responsible bidder is McGinty Bros., Inc., Long Grove, Illinois, their bid being $62,626.75, adjusted to $57,826...
