R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the resurfacing of Quentin Road, from Lake Cook Road to Long Grove Road, and designated as Section 15-00051-10-RS; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication calling for said bid, sealed bids were received and opened on May 19, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:

WHEREAS, the Public Works and Transportation Committee, the County Engineer and the Purchasing Agent have examined each bid, and it appears that the lowest responsible bidder is Peter Baker and Son Company, Lake Bluff, Illinois, their bid being $279,077.49 based on estimated quantities and unit prices; and
