WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the resurfacing of Lewis Avenue, from north of Argonne Drive to 14th Street and from Sunset Avenue to York House Road, including the removal of a pedestrian bridge at Blanchard Road and the construction of a sidewalk on the west side of Lewis Avenue, from Blanchard Road to Ballentine Street, and designated as Section 14-00999-05-RS; and
