RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 5-102 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, a requests for proposal was called for by publication for Electrical work for Lake County Courthouse expansion project; and
WHEREAS, sealed proposals were received from three vendors at the Lake County Administrative Building, Waukegan, Illinois, on March 19, 2015, at 2 p.m.; and
WHEREAS, based on the criteria set forth in the Request for Proposal; the staff evaluated all proposals submitted and determined that the proposal submitted by Aldridge Electric, Inc. in the amount of $11,326,260 is the lowest responsive and responsible proposer for Lake County; and
