Title
Environmental Health Advisory Committee Appointment - Pfister

Body
Population Health Services (PHS) has recruited one new member for the Environmental Health Advisory Committee (EHAC) due to the resignation of Tim Kelly who is now employed out of State.  PHS has received concurrence from EHAC as to the need to have a licensed well driller and pump contractor that practices in Lake County to be appointed by the Board of Health.  The Board of Health Bylaws Article VII.G.2 does not require EHAC members to be a resident of Lake County as long as they are a provider who has "an interest in promoting an improved health status for all the residents of Lake County, Illinois."  Jack Schwall is an Illinois licensed water well driller and pump installation contractor and is the President of J.A. Schwall Well & Pump Service, Inc.

Suggested Motion
To approve the appointment of Jack Schwall to the Environmental Health Advisory Committee for a three year term, as stipulated in the Board of Health Bylaws.
